"State Fram and Kayle where exactly what we needed we were with USAA for over 23 years and we knew they over charged but we stayed because of who they were and they have always treated us good but when I needed them they were not there for me so I shopped around and we left them for State Farm and not only did we safe money but we are going to be a lot happier knowing that we are treated better and know are agent and can call and talk directly to her about anything that is someone in the foxhole with you not just saying that they will be there so give up the waiting on the line to finally get to somebody and be with a somebody.Thank You Kayle for being there"
